Order Processing

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email at customerservice@jackandfrancisgoods.com and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Method - We use domestic carriers, such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx

Cost - Shipping is FREE on items shipped within the Continental United States.  Items shipped to AK or HI are calculated during checkout, based on zip code.

Delivery Times - Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery, as we use Standard Ground Shipping on all products. If you would like Express shipping, please contact customerservice@jackandfrancisgoods.com prior to placing your order.

Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.

If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
